What time are services?
Synagogue Sanctuary services begin for Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur at 8:45 am, Hineni services begin at 10 am. The full services schedule can be found here.
What time is Yizkor in the Sanctuary?
Yizkor starts at approximately 11:00 am.
Is there a clear bag policy this year?
Yes, we will be continuing our clear bag policy to ensure the safety of all congregants and guests.
What are ticket prices for non-members?
Guest tickets are $100 per person per holiday for Sanctuary services.
Tickets for Hineni services are $54 per person per holiday.
To purchase guest tickets, please call (512) 735-8406.
Non-members are encouraged to fill out the Family Activities form located below to allow for easier verification in-person.
Why didn’t my child get a ticket?
Members’ children who are between the ages of 13-26 automatically receive tickets. We do not require tickets for children under the age of 13. Members’ children over the age of 26 will need to purchase tickets by calling (512) 735-8406.

Do you have babysitting?

High Holy Day Services & Activities
HINENI MUSICAL SERVICES (Rosh Hashanah Day 10 am; Kol Nidrei 7 pm; Yom Kippur Day 10 am) – Social Hall C
Our Hineni service is led by Rabbi Swedroe and features an (insightful, thoughtful, reflective) musical prayer ensemble highlighting the core themes of the High Holy Days. The service includes both traditional and contemporary melodies, meditation, text-study and reflection. The service is held in our Social Hall.
TOT SERVICES: All are welcome to tot services at no charge. Children under 5 and their families require a ticket for security purposes. A donation is requested. Timing for tot services can be found here. Please register for tot services here.
SANCTUARY SERVICES:
Tickets for Sanctuary services are $100 per person (13 and over) per holiday.
Tickets for the Hineni Musical service led by Rabbi Swedroe and a musical prayer ensemble are $54 per person (13 and over) per holiday.
If children attend youth services/activities on Rosh Hashanah/Yom Kippur, parents need tickets to either Hineni or Sanctuary services, regardless of whether or not they choose to accompany their child.
Advance reservations are mandatory for babysitting. Walk-ins cannot be accommodated.
BIRTHDAY OF THE WORLD CELEBRATION – Friday, September 11th @ 5:30 pm – Social Halls A & B
Geared towards children 5 and under, this event will take place on Erev Rosh Hashanah (October 2nd) from 5:30 – 6:30 pm in Social Halls A and B. We will have fun, engaging activities for the children, followed by music, celebration, and birthday cupcakes led by Rabbi Blumofe, Tammy Stone, and Ben Schenberg. Register here.
NACHAT ROSH HASHANAH SERVICE & POTLUCK DINNER – Friday, September 11th @ 5:30 pm
Brushy Creek Community Center (Round Rock)
CAA will bring the Rosh Hashanah experience a bit closer to residents in Round Rock, Cedar Park and Georgetown. NACHAT offers a satellite musical service with a pot-luck dairy supper. Singles, families, newcomers, veterans and all friends are welcome to join us for spiritual uplift and joyful prayer. You are heavily encouraged to bring your favorite dairy meal.

Nourish your body and soul as we reflect on how we want to be better versions of ourselves and engage in the custom of symbolically casting our misdeeds into the water. Bring a lunch to enjoy by the water afterwards and enjoy a chance to connect with nature and sweet community.
