Congregation Agudas Achim is a Conservative synagogue located in Northwest Austin. Our social hall is beautifully maintained and can hold up to 300 guests (seated) for your event. Our facility is the perfect space for Meetings, Dinners, Luncheons, Weddings, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs etc. Rental includes tables, banquet chairs, set up/teardown of the space, internal coordination and coordination with outside planners/vendors. Congregation Agudas Achim has an in-house caterer to prepare delicious food for your guests. Our kitchen is the largest Kosher kitchen in the Austin area, with cooking equipment and utensils for meat & dairy meals. To maintain our Kosher kitchen we observe Shabbat and Holy Days. When choosing our facility you may select to use the in-house caterer or bring in an outside catering company. Outside caterers must go through a certification process in order to cook in our facility. Contact the Director of Catering & Events for more information.
Interested in marking a special occasion? Honoring a loved one or fellow community member? Why not sponsor a Friday night oneg, Saturday morning Torah Study Oneg, or Saturday lunch time Kiddush? Plan early! You’ll need to reserve your time with the Director of Catering & Events no later than Wednesday before the event by 3:00 p.m.
You can choose from several different options and price levels, all of which include mention in the Shabbat bulletin:
- $150 Friday Evening Oneg
- $150 Torah Study Saturday Morning Oneg
- $1,000 Partial Kiddush Coverage (food is Chef’s choice)
- $500 Kiddush Desert
- $45 Cake at Kiddush
- $175 Shabbat Bima Flowers
- $2,100 Full Kiddush (price varies on food selection & guest count)
