Mission
Proudly serving Austin since 1914, Congregation Agudas Achim is a welcoming
synagogue embracing all who wish to explore and deepen their connection with God,
Judaism, and the Jewish community. Inspired by our tradition, our mission is to enable
meaningful, joyful, and accessible connection through egalitarian prayer and study,
social and cultural engagement, life cycle celebrations, and high-quality Jewish
education across the generations. We teach and live ahavat Yisrael and ahavat Eretz
Yisrael, fostering love for the Jewish people and the land of Israel.
