What is Kadima? Kadima means Forward in Hebrew and is the youth group specifically for grade 6 – 8. It is a great chance for young students to develop close Jewish friends as they embark on their Jewish young adulthood. Events are monthly, often right after CAARS. Please be in touch with adviser Rachel Mitchell at email@example.com with any questions.
What is AAUSY? Agudas Achim United Synagogue Youth is our local chapter of USY, part of the Southwest Region of USY (SWUSY), which is part of an international youth group for Jewish high schoolers! Open to students in grades 9th to 12th, it is a fabulous opportunity for teens to make new friends, get together monthly, develop leadership skills and be Jewish together! All programs are planned by teens for teens under the guidance of our adviser Steven Rosenberg. If you have any questions or would like to get more involved, please email him at firstname.lastname@example.org
Past events for our youth groups include: Dave & Busters, Blazer Tag, Main Event, JumpStreet, Trapeze School, overnights, mini-golf, holiday celebrations and many more! If you have suggestions for future events, please share them with us.
Interested? Please fill out a membership form HERE. We cannot wait to see you soon!
Please note: We want as many of our youth to be able to participate as possible. Scholarships are always available; no child will be turned away due to financial circumstances. For more information, please contact either the Kadima or USY adviser as is appropriate.
