High Holy Days

Important Things to Remember!

We are warmly anticipating welcoming you into our Sacred Spaces for the High Holy Days. In order to make your holiday experience as smooth as possible, please keep these important reminders in mind.

You Must Have Your Tickets With You At All Times

Due to updated security protocols, you must have your tickets with you at all times during the High Holy Days. At the security gate, you will be asked to show your tickets to gain entrance to the Dell Jewish Community Campus (DJCC). You may be asked to present a valid photo ID upon entrance as well.
If you have not received your tickets in the mail they will be held in will call. Please inform security that you are attending services at Agudas Achim and they will direct you to will call. Please have a valid ID ready when picking up your tickets.
CAA member tickets are valid for the entire High Holy Day season so PLEASE DO NOT DISPOSE OF YOUR TICKETS AFTER ROSH HASHANAH

Please Leave Bags at Home

We strongly recommend that purses and bags be left at home if at all possible. If you must bring a bag, please keep in mind it will be inspected by a professional EVERY TIME you enter a building on campus during the High Holy Day season. This includes tallit bags.
Please make sure to allow enough time for bag check when arriving at services.

Seating Notice

Due to the recent devastation of hurricanes in Houston and Florida, CAA is proud to
welcome many guests who may not have normally joined us for the High Holy Day season. With that in mind please, remember our services may have higher numbers than normal.
Please arrive early to make sure you have a seat in the main sanctuary.  To those who have purchased reserved seats, please remember that these seats will be released to general seating at 10:30 a.m. on each holiday.
Please arrive early to claim your seats.

High Holy Day Babysitting

CAA is happy to provide babysitting during the High Holy Days. Due to security reasons, you must have pre-registered for babysitting.
Unfortunately, babysitting for both days of Rosh Hashanah is completely booked. Please feel free to register for Kol Nidre or Yom Kippur by clicking here.
